Our Complete Process
Partnering with us is simple and takes little effort on your part. You’re in control, but we take care of the heavy lifting. Our flexible pick and packing service means you can get the exact requirements you need.

Step 1 - Goods Arrive:
Goods arrive by container, pallet or courier.

Step 2 - Goods in:
Book in as full pallets (if they arrive by container they are palletised)
Step 3 - Storage:
Your pallets are racked and stored, ready for customer orders.
Step 4 - Picking:
Pallets are requested by the customer via our online portal and retrieved from their location.
Step 5 - Quality Control:
Pallets are checked and verified and made good ready for shipment.
Step 6 - Dispatch:
Your pallet(s) are loaded onto your chosen form of transport and head to your customer.
